LAFC x FNO LA – The Guide

Tonight will be the second annual Fashion’s Night Out Los Angeles and L.A. is bursting at its seams. From Melrose to Downtown to Venice to Hollywood, no matter what side of the city you’re on there is something for you and your friends to be a part of.

For one night only your favorite malls, boutiques and shopping neighborhoods will stay open late into the evening with music, food, drinks and so much more.

Our Director has been a strong proponent of Fashion’s Night Out for quite some time, check her out on  stage with the Mayor and in 2010! Tonight she’ll be joining a group of Two Point Oh! LA members as they whip around town to as many parties and events as possible, courtesy of Über (follow their fun: #UberFNOLA)

In the mean time…where will you be?


Huge block party, so be prepared for roped off streets. Singer Mayer Hawthrone will be performing alongside a laser light show. With every purchase, Philip Lim will be giving away an exclusive “Kill the Night” comic book from 6-9pm. See what your future holds with a tarot card reading at Christian Louboutin from 6-8pm or dance the night away at All Saints through 10pm.


Stop by Trina Turk’s T Party for some traditional English tea and treats from 6-9pm. From 6-10pm, Madison will allowing attendees to customize their own LNA t-shirts.


Starting at 6pm Mona Moore will debut a new installation called “Ideal Women” by L.A. artist Allie Poh. From 6pm-11pm Principessa will be hosting famed L.A. designer Cynthia Vincent are she debuts her fall 2012 collection along with giveaways and discounts. The popular Venice block will have many other shops and boutiques celebrating the night away with its fashionable beach goers.


Between 1st and 2nd street there will be a plethora of food trucks, live music and photo booths. What more could you ask for?


Each boutique big and small will be hosting a fun event to celebrates fashion’s evening of shenanigans. Diane von Furstenberg will be having complimentary styling sessions in addition to some bubbly from 6-10pm. Helmut Lang will be serving up gourmet bites, themed drinks and live music from 6-11pm. Get your nails done at Kelly Wearstler as they offer free NCLA nail art designs inspired by the upcoming fall collection from 6-10pm.


The PBR will be overflowing at Cheap Monday, 7-10pm along with food trucks, photo booths, and a performance by YACHT.


For those wanting to party the night away, hangout poolside at the FNO WeHo official after party at the Standard Hotel on Sunset Blvd. from 10pm-12am.

If celebrating indoors is more your style, you have an array of mall events to choose from. From the Beverly Center to Century City and all the way back to Glendale.


From 5pm-11pm there will be back to back events as the Beverly Center is one of the central hubs for FNOLA. The mayor of Los Angeles Antonio Villaraigosa will kick things off with a video address at 6:30pm. Appearances include Pretty Little Liar star Lucy Hale who will be the official host for the nights events as well as FNO campaign star Kendall Jenner. There will be fashion shows at 7pm and 9pm among other actives throughout the mall.


Banana Republic’s newly reopened store will be hosting an acoustic performance by Morning Parade. A secret celebrity DJ will be rocking the turntables at Zara while you shop and have drinks from the Spanish Cava bar from 6pm-9pm.


A beauty pop-up shop and a trunk show with jewelry designer Whitney Stern inside the Bloomingdale’s from 6pm-9pm after you’ve had your makeup done, head over to the mall’s center court for a mini manicure lounge.


Enjoy live music and treats from 6pm-9pm and stop by your favorite store Free People, Juicy Couture and more for more fun treats. You could win a $1,000 wardrobe from BCBG!
